1. Consulting Sessions (Cancellation & Rescheduling)

We understand that unexpected events may occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consulting session, please note the following:

  • More than 24 hours notice: You can cancel or reschedule your session at no extra cost. A full refund will be issued upon request.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. However, you may contact us to reschedule the session for a future date (subject to availability).
  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the session cannot be rescheduled for free.

2. Digital Products & Resources

Due to the nature of digital content (such as e-books, downloadable guides, or digital psychological assessments), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link or access has been provided. If you experience technical issues accessing the content, please contact our support team for assistance.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (for eligible cancellations), please contact us using the details provided below. Please include your full name, booking reference, and the reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed through our payment gateway (Stripe). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
